Bonnie Rankin

Executive Director/Case Manager

Bonnie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and Social Work from the University of the Cumberland’s in 1994.  She has worked in the Supports for Community Living field for approximately 20 years.  She started her career working as a Residential Director and Case Manager at Cumberland River Comprehensive Care Center in December 1999.  She moved to Nicholasville to get married in 2003 and started working at Community Alternatives of Kentucky as their Case Manager, then was promoted to Senior Case Manager in 2005.   She became the Program Director at Employment Solutions in November 2007 and worked there until April 2009.  She started Rankin's New Leaf Supports in March 2010 as the Owner/Executive Director.  She has taken the knowledge she has gained from previous places of employment, her experiences and on-going development from attending current state conferences including seminars, to stay current on best practices in the field.  She has and continues to utilize this information to build a strong organization that is committed to excellence.  Ms. Rankin would appreciate the opportunity for those seeking services through case management to contact Rankin's New Leaf Supports for additional information, so that we can begin making a positive impact on you or your loved one’s life.

Kassie Peck

Assistant Executive Director/Case Manager

Kassie has been a member of the Rankin's New Leaf Supports team for 8 years.  She is married to the love of her life Stu Peck.  She is the Assistant Executive Director and Case Manager. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies from Eastern Kentucky University in 2007.  Kassie worked with First Steps for approximately four years as a Case Manager before coming to Rankin’s.   She has worked in the in the Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities field for approximately 15 years.  She brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to her position as a Case Manager and recently as the Assistant Executive Director.  Kassie is passionately dedicated to enhancing the lives of her clients through advocating for the individuals she serves.  Kassie would appreciate the opportunity to support those who are seeking services through case management.  Please contact Rankin's New Leaf Supports for additional information.

 Melissa Martin

Case Manager

Melissa has worked with Rankin’s as a case manager for 6 years. Melissa and her Husband, Adam, are the parents of two children (Reagan & Aidan).  They love to travel on family vacations and explore new places.  She comes to us with 11 years of Social Security Disability experience.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Eastern Kentucky University. Melissa is a case manager in the Supports for Community Living and Michelle P. waivers in the following southern counties: Pulaski, Laurel, Clay, Whitley, Rock-Castle, Lincoln and McCreary.
